Ice is added to smoothies to thicken and chill them. People like them made a variety of ways, some people ask for it to be made really thick with a lot of ice, and some people ask for less or for it to be dairy free. Please ask for yours to be made with less ice and extra frozen yogurt so it suits your own personal taste. A further note...we have new staff coming on for the summer and although they are monitored by a trainer their first shifts, there's so much to know. At any time if you aren't receiving it made to your specifications, or the way you want, please ask it to be fixed. We want every smoothie to be perfect for you. Thank you for your question.
