Way better than other smoothie places. All natural ingredients!

The smoothies are great but I love the green juices even more. I usually get a wheatgrass shot too. So basically, everything is amazing. I love that they extended their hours.

Their smoothies are incredible. Healthy, fresh, and delicious. Chill place and strong service. Stopping by is part of my weekly routine.

The frozen yogurt they use is abnormally sweet. I went for frozen yogurt here once and couldn't eat mine. Another time, I went for a smoothie. They must add the too-sweet frozen yogurt to that, too, because I couldn't drink my smoothie because it was too sweet. Their regular juice is good, though! But the customer service isn't.

The dirtiest smoothie place I’ve ever been to, even the staff agreed the products were very skeptical!! the girl told me there had been mold in the carrot juicer and on the thawed strawberries, disgusting!!! The smoothies aren’t worth the $8 had to throw away my drink after hearing how unsanitary this place was!!

Me and my sister came here today for first time before our RN boards, the staff member recommended a drink to us that would help keep us focused, wished us good luck, and gave us a free wheat grass shot! Such fantastic service. Recommended this place to everyone! So many options for smoothies and shakes, and you can even buy half or full gallon jugs to do an at home detox! Excited to discover this place!

The juice company is a great place, however the service is absolutely awful. The owner made my smoothie in a rushed manner, and was rude to my friend while doing so. After requesting that they remake the smoothie because it tasted like water, he threw it in the blender, added even MORE ice, and handed it back without saying another word. I do not recommend this place at all. You can easily go somewhere just as good, but with much better customer service.

I had the “Aloha” it was very good. Next time I’ll try the “mean green.”

Their smoothies taste better than other shops. I am not sure what they use but it is delicious! Plus I like their consistency way better. Sometimes work meetings go long and when I get back to the office it is still a smoothie and not some separated mess that looks like pink bath bubbles. Plus I love that they open early to get on the way to work.

Smoothie was really good; flavorful, natural tasting, and not overly (or artificially) sweet. Staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions once I said it was my first time there. Looking forward to coming again for another smoothie next time I'm in the area.

went here cause my usual juice/smoothie place was closed for the day. guy behind the counter was super rude, and my smoothie just tasted like straight ice cream, not fresh. i’ll stick to lifestyle juices on university.

Flat out awesome. If you buy by the gallon I don't know that you can juice that much with same ingredients and quality much cheaper. I'm just glad there's a place like this in Ankeny because if it comes down to me juicing, with all the prep and clean up and hassle, I'm simply not going to do it as much as I should. Very good smoothies at an affordable price, my friends and I used to visit here often after school because Hubbell is right across the street!One time we did notice a cigarette tray with a few butts in it though :/

Peanut butter smoothie is transcendent. Others are delightful but you'll never need to leave peanut butter.They have extras you can put in your smoothies- hangover blends, protein, etc, that really put them over the top.

The Juice Company is my favorite place to get a smoothie, or wheatgrass. Hands down the best smoothies in town, always full of flavor & thick. Had a vegetarian meal there for their Meatless Monday dinner and it was WOW! The food was from recipes from my favorite TV chef, Bobby Flay and the food was exceptional. Can't say enough good things about the food. If you're vegetarian you'll love it. My sister who is a devoted meat eater also loved it. Discovered this place about five months ago. Always delicious and nice people.

I visited for the first time yesterday and ordered a Mango smoothie with the "Flu Fighter" booster. The smoothie was as many have described - very tasty! And priced well at $5 for 16 oz. I really enjoyed it and will try some of the other flavors on future visits. The only damper of this visit was that within the first few sips, I discovered a piece of plastic in my smoothie, like packaging from something. I drank the rest cautiously in case there were more pieces and fortunately it was just the one. A bit disappointing, but like I said, not enough to keep me from trying again.

Very rude customer service. I called to see what time they closed and all I got was attitude from the girl on the phone. I’ve only been in there twice and I did not appreciate the attitude either times. It’s a great idea for a store but terrible execution and service. Highly recommend not going here.EDIT: I’ve only called this establishment once but because I write a bad review I’ve now supposedly called numerous times and have a psychological problem? Utter lies won’t make your business a better place. The response by the owner just goes to show how unprofessional and terrible the service this establishment has.

The smoothies and juice is great! The customer service is the worst I've experienced on a consistent/regular basis. Rarely anyone smiles or greets you with the slightest "Hello!, How can I help you?, What can I get started for you?" There is a very negative vibe that is extremely apparent and literally stamped on the faces of the employees. I'm in the customer service field and could never imagine or fathom portraying such negativity towards clients/customers. Everyone that walks through our doors are our guests and are treated as such. I feel the need to mentally prepare myself for blank stares and bad /indifferent attitudes each time I want a smoothie! Again, great product though.

My wife and I stopped here as we passed through to get some smoothies. I was taken back a little from reading the other reviews that talked about bad customer service. We didn't have that experience at all though. The two ladies there were very helpful and informative. We got smoothies with wheat grass AND oatmeal in them (I haven't been to another smoothie bar that does oatmeal) thus providing a more filling "meal", and they tasted great!

The good outweighs the bad, most of the smoothies I get are pretty yummy. However there is always someone different working and the smoothies have no consistency. Sometimes they are like flavored ice and other times they are rich and delicious

Visited today for the first time ever. I’m new to Iowa in general (lived down on the Texas coast) I’m 29 weeks pregnant and have been absolutely craving smoothies!! “Mixed berry” as it’s called most places. The Juice company is not only clean and organized, but the service was quick and the guy was very nice! I got a 24oz, triple berry smoothie for 7$ exactly. I will be returning to get my husband to try too after he gets off work!! So glad I found them!!! 😍🤩Update (same day): came back and got another 16oz triple berry! brought my husband and he got a 16oz chocolate, peanut butter, banana smoothie. He’s in love lol!

Best smoothies I've ever had. Every time I go somewhere else for a smoothie and someone asks me how I like it I always say its good but in reality I am thinking about how inferior it is to Juice Company and reevaluate all my life choices that brought me to purchase that smoothie instead of Juice Company.

Delicious delicious delicious!!! I asked for a smoothie while I was in DMI (Des Moines Ia) visiting family and I was introduced to the The Juice Company. The guy helping us was really cool but his dog had just ran off and it's a busy street. I ordered a pina colada and mango smoothie with an energy supplement. I will be visiting there each time I visit. Hope he found his dog. Go there you will love it

I love to get my favorite Natural Orange with carrot juice.

I go here once in a while because I love monster mash, it's always great. But this time around, there was seeds or something in the juice, not sure if it was an equipment failure or what it was, but out of all the times I've been here this only happened once, which was today, but it's alright. Will still be coming back.

Decided on trying a three day juice cleanse. After a little bit of research, I decided on the 3 day Dr. Oz cleanse. I was given the option to pick up the juice every single day, or I could get all of it at once. Since I do not live near the 42nd Street location, I opted to pick up all of the juices for the entire duration on the first day. This made it very convenient. All of the different juices were delicious. Even on the third day, the juice still tasted fresh. This is something I would do again.
